Deze pot is speciaal ontworpen voor lacto-fermentatie, waarbij groenten onder hun eigen vocht en zout fermenteren zonder zuurstof. Dankzij het grotere formaat kun je grotere hoeveelheden tegelijk fermenteren, ideaal bij oogsttijd!

De pot werkt simpel en effectief: snijd je groenten fijn, meng ze met zout en druk ze stevig aan in de pot. De meegeleverde fermentatiestenen houden de groenten volledig onder het vocht, wat essentieel is voor een stabiel fermentatieproces. Plaats het deksel erop en laat de pot zijn werk doen op kamertemperatuur. Met 20 liter inhoud kun je royale batches tegelijk verwerken, handig voor zuurkool, kimchi en andere gefermenteerde groenten.

De zuurkoolpot is gemaakt van keramiek in een witte uitvoering, wat een stabiel fermentatieklimaat ondersteunt. Keramiek houdt temperatuur goed vast en maakt deze pot zeer geschikt voor langdurig fermenteren. De pot is bedoeld voor herhaald gebruik en vormt een betrouwbare basis voor je fermentatie-projecten.

If you have a wire charger near by, the holes could be used to charge your smartphone inside, which has its own practical usage. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it if you’re on a lookout for a sleek but compact organizer holder, and I personally will consider getting another one in the future for myself for other household belongings.

On initial set up and use of just few days I love this little light bar I'm 74 and I set this up in less than 10 min. Playing with Govee App took about same time for basic functions.
