Elke kabel is opgebouwd met verzilverd zuurstofvrij koperen geleider, wat zorgt voor uitstekende signaaloverdracht, een vloeiend rijk geluid en verbeterde hoogfrequente respons. Een geavanceerde afschermingslaag van grafeen en zuiver koper houdt externe interferentie effectief buiten.

De plugbehuizingen zijn vervaardigd via injectiegietwerk voor een naadloze, robuuste aansluiting die niet snel loskomt. Het kenmerkende FIIO Arc-design ligt comfortabel in de hand en maakt in- en uitplugging moeiteloos. De buitenmantel van hoog-elastisch PVC met glanzend polyester gaas beschermt de kabel tegen slijtage, knikken en scheuren. Binnenin versterkt 500D nylonfilament de trek- en buigweerstand.

Alle kabels worden uitvoerig getest in de FIIO Labs, inclusief 5.000 in/uitpluggingscycli, een corrosietest en een belastingstest. De Trust Series is verkrijgbaar in diverse uitvoeringen — coaxiaal, RCA, 3.5mm, USB en 4.4mm balanced — en in meerdere lengtes.
