Op de eeuwenoude, imposante wijngaardterrassen rond Klingenberg is een dynamisch, jong duo actief: de broers Giegerich uit Grosswallstadt. Beschrijving: Fris droog en medium stevig, tikje hout, lange afdronk met nuances van wit fruit, vleugje vuursteen en peer.

Lekker bij: Vettige vis en gegrilde groenten van de BBQ. 

Leuk weetje: Sinds 2020 werkt Giegerich biologisch en bijna alle druiven worden manueel geoogst en spontane gisting is standaard.
