Dit unieke systeem verlaagt automatisch de energieopname zodra de pan een temperatuur van ongeveer 220°C bereikt en stabiliseert rond de 250°C. Dit is ideaal voor het perfect bakken van delicate ingrediënten zoals zeebaars op de huid of sappige coquilles. De meerdelige constructie zorgt bovendien voor een optimale warmteverdeling tot aan de rand van de pan, waardoor je gerechten gelijkmatig garen en je energie bespaart.

Duurzame Duraslide® antiaanbaklaag

De pan is voorzien van een Duraslide® PTFE-antiaanbaklaag, waardoor ingrediënten moeiteloos loslaten en je met minder vet kunt bakken. Dit maakt het de perfecte keuze voor gezonde en vetarme bereidingen. Om de antiaanbaklaag te beschermen, wordt aangeraden om uitsluitend keukengerei van hout of siliconen te gebruiken. De temperatuurbegrenzer in de pan voorkomt beschadiging door oververhitting, wat de levensduur van de coating aanzienlijk verlengt. Hierdoor blijft de pan langer in topconditie en presteert hij keer op keer optimaal in de keuken.

You do have to put multiple applications onto you, but it does work and has the same excellent results you would expect from the bigger name products available on the market. We can all have a good laugh about Queen Helene Cocoa Butter on what it represented for those with little money. However, it always did the job on protecting and softening your skin without spending so much money on more expensive lotions. I'll always have a bottle in my house as long as I live because it WORKS!!!
