Dopo la raccolta a mano la fermentazione è svolta in acciaio con un contatto sulle bucce di soli 3 giorni, ed è seguita da una maturazione in cemento per 6 mesi a contatto con le fecce nobili.
Rosso elegante perfetto per il consumo quotidiano accanto ai primi e secondi della cucina di terra, ma si abbina magnificamente al tonno.

Smaller than expected

The tray looks nice and the hook design is convenient, but the hook itself doesn't feel very sturdy. I also expected the tray to be larger. It still works for holding keys and small items, but I wish it were a bit stronger and bigger.
