Gebruik

Vanwege de nootachtige geur is het aan te raden de olie te mengen met een andere basisolie zoals jojoba of abrikozenpit. Bijvoorbeeld 20ml sesamzaadolie samen met 80ml abrikozenpitolie. Massage:Sesamolie is zeer geschikt voor de spieren en is dus de ideale massageolie voor na het sporten. Voor een ontspannende massageolie met sesam kun je 100ml vette plantolie nemen en optioneel 10 – 15 druppels essentiële olie toevoegen. Vooral bloemenoliën zoals roos, jasmijn en ylang ylang zijn een goede combinatie met sesamzaadolie. Ook voor een lichte babymassage is sesamolie geschikt. Keuken:Vette plantoliën zijn natuurlijk ook geschikt voor gebruik in de keuken! Gebruik een vette plantolie om in te bakken of als saladedressing.
