Maintenance & Care
To maintain the appearance of your shower mixer, clean it with mild soapy water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the finish.
Warranty Information
This product comes with a 10-year replacement warranty on the cartridge (labour costs excluded). The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, damages caused by misuse, or unauthorized repairs. It must be fitted by qualified and experienced tradespersons as per the manufacturer's instructions.
For warranty claims, please email us if the product is defective and covered by the above warranty. Include details of the defect, photos of the product, and proof of purchase in your email. The supplier will not be liable for any loss to furniture, floor coverings, walls, fixtures, or any consequential loss caused by any defect in the product components.
