Designed for stability and safety, our weightlifting platform is crafted with durability and performance in mind. The heavy-duty 2"x2" 11ga steel frame ensures robust construction, while the non-slip, rubberized surface guarantees a secure base for various weightlifting exercises. Choose between two configurations: 4 feet by 8 feet or 6 feet by 8 feet (without rack extension), offering ample space for a full range of lifts.

• German Rubber Technology: Our 4'x8' platforms feature two 28"x48" engineered rubber impact zones with imported Sporttec German rubber technology. These 1 7/8" thick rubber zones provide exceptional acoustical insulation and impact resistance.

• Premium Construction: The center lifting area is constructed using a combination of plywood and solid 3/4" Oak hardwood tongue and groove planks. The platform is easy to assemble with weldable nuts on the inside of the metal tubing, ensuring a seamless process of alignment and bolt installation. All necessary hardware is included. Each wood inserts locks together with a twist loc allen key joiner (small details matter)

• Versatile Use: Suitable for both home but mainly commercial gym settings, the weightlifting platform accommodates a wide range of weights and equipment. Ideal for the traditional Olympic lifter.

• Safety Measures: Designed to have raised edges to contain weights and prevent accidents, ensuring a secure and controlled lifting environment. Our platforms perform extremely well when it comes to impact absorption. The last thing you want is your barbell to bounce back up after dropping from height.

• Interlocking Design: The wood portion of the extensions measures 37" wide x 52" in length and features an interlocking design for a completely seamless joint between the extension and platform.

• Wood: Solid oak hardwood, known for its strength and durability, is used to construct the wood inserts. Resistant to wear, tear, moisture, it ensures a long-lasting and high-performing lifting platform. We use a NON-SLIP epoxy on each layer of wood to repel moisture and prevents any water ingress that may deform the wood. This eliminates the worry for high humidity environments causing bows or warps.

Impact Zones

• SPORTTEC Rubber Floor Products: Engineered specifically for impact zones, these rubber products offer optimal protection, acoustical insulation, and shock absorption. Because we use 2" of solid rubber this provides extreme substrate protection.

• Material: A mixture of chosen EPDM rubber granules bonded with polyurethane elastomer.

• Surface: Open-pored smooth for a stable, safe, and sure-footed surface.

• Lower Side: Dimpled base with reinforcement mesh for impact absorption.

• Sound Reduction: Tested to reduce sound by 26 dB, with the option to further reduce dB and increase force reduction by adding additional layers of urethane or high-density foam along with Shockwave 3D acoustic underlay.
