The black composite platform sits on the ledge of your workstation sink. The set includes a mixing bowl and a perforated colander, both of which fit in the platform and can be nested when not in use. The 5-quart size mixing bowl has a silicone non-slip bottom for ease of use and storage. The set includes a BPA-free black plastic lid that fits tightly on both the mixing bowl and the colander, as well as 3 different grater and slicer attachments. All stainless steel parts are made of food-safe, corrosion-proof T-304 grade stainless steel, one of the highest grade steel available for residential use.
