Just a kilometre from the sea, the pergola-trained vines surround the bodega at Finca Tremoedo. The grapes are fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine is aged on the fine lees for 8 months.
Taste guide: Hints of tropical fruit on the nose give way to lemon, mandarin, stone fruit and mineral/salty notes on the palate.
