All UFOs are made in our family-owned small shop in Fairfield, Connecticut, USA. We believe in fair wages, using no plastics or harsh chemicals, and giving back to the baking community.

One Astra platinum-coated double-edge razor blade is included, wrapped in paper inside the lame, so please be careful when handling. See the accessories section for our fractionated coconut oil, brass wire brush, and an upcycled leather pouch.
No chemicals are used to treat our wooden lames. They're soaked in our fractionated coconut oil before packaging to keep them from drying out, so a little oil seepage onto the envelope is normal.
Materials: solid American black walnut and stainless steel hardware. Approximately 46mm (1.8") in diameter and 6.35mm (1/4") thick.
