The Xero ("zee-roh") Polylooper is a looper pedal brought together with Walrus Audio expertise. At the heart of the Xero is a true-bypass enabled, dual-channel looping engine designed specifically for getting involved and creative with your looping. Independent controls for each loop channel enables players to get exploratory and in-depth with their loop compositions all with the speed and finesse needed to navigate its interface without frustration or complex tap-dancing routines.

Designed for loop performers, loop enthusiasts, loop experimenters, and anyone who could stand to build a loop or two, the Xero can carry up to three minutes of recording with nearly infinite stacking of loops. In essence, don't worry about running out of space with your compositions – the Xero can handle it. Where all this looping memory comes in handy is with Xero's capability to twist, warp, and shape your loops as you see fit. Independent looping channels allow players to swap back and forth and build unique and separate loop compositions that can then be mixed in and out with dedicated volume sliders. On top of that, independent controls for panning on each channel makes the Xero a looper just begging to be run in stereo for dynamic, off-the-wall performances.

Volume and panning controls aren't where this story stops, however. Onboard, the Xero loads in different time-based effects for warping your loops. Playback and speed effects for half-speed, double-speed, and reverse introduce classic loop effect palettes for players who like to get inverted with their compositions.

What's more, the Xero also features three looping sync modes to build up the foundations of your loops in new, exciting ways. A standard sync mode keeps all subsequent loops time-aligned to the first loop recorded while an unsynced mode lets each channel of recorded loops operate on completely independent lengths. Where things get truly fancy is with the Xero's polyrhythmic mode that creates loop polyrhythms utilizing shared time divisions (like 3:4, 5:7, etc.) for interlocking loop textures.

Xero's external connectivity also allows for 1/8" MIDI connection for clock synchronization and remote control. Additional USB-C connectivity allows for future firmware updates compatible with Chrome software on Mac or Windows operating systems.
