For something to really sink your teeth into, we've got this Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition '60 Telecaster Custom Journeyman Relic in a mouth-watering Candy Tangerine. The Fender Custom Shop, a proverbial candy store for the world's guitar-crazed, sugar-rushed children, are responsible for some of the tastiest custom treats around today. This limited release Tele Custom is baked with delicious and nutritious ingredients including quality woods, energetic electronics, and knockout aesthetics. Everyone's got a sweet tooth. Don't mind if we do.

Like so many other great creations from the Fender Custom Shop confectionary, this limited edition Telecaster is stockpiled with impressive specs and materials. This recipe all begins with a classic foundation: A two-piece, single-cutaway alder solidbody. This '60 Telecaster Custom-style body utilizes Fender's standby alder tonewood for a bright, balanced, and lively sonic base. "Sorted for weight," this Custom Shop Tele holds the unique distinction of having its alder body picked for its light weight during assembly, leading to the whole guitar landing right above seven pounds.

What's more, this alder works as the marshmallowy core at the center of a candy-colored Fender Custom Shop Journeyman Relic lacquer finish treatment. Journeyman Relic works to age a FCS lacquer finish just the right amount and simulate the wear of a gently yet thoroughly played guitar with decades of everyday use. This Custom Tele additionally features white binding on its top and back for that added geometric accent.

This Custom Shop Tele from here brings on a 5/4 quartersawn maple neck taking a '60 Style Oval "C" profile. The Oval "C," one of the Custom Shop's most popular profile picks for its masterful balance of slim playability and vintage fullness, makes playing a breeze at every position as it measures consistently from .820" thick at the first fret to .890" at the twelfth. A flat lam nine millimeter slab AAA rosewood fingerboard joins in at this juncture. This dark-tinted slab rosewood cut is lined with twenty-one frets using the Custom Shop's 6105 fret wire. Resulting in a set of Narrow Tall frets that prioritizes articulation with slightly higher and thinner shapes, this board and neck are altogether sleek and slick. The board measures up with a modern-feeling 9.5" radius and is punctuated with bright Micarta White facedots.

What's a sweet treat without the juice? For its voice, this Custom Shop piece loads in two of their brightest and boldest Telecaster single-coils – hand-wound Twisted Teles. In each position, this Tele Custom features a hand-wound Twisted Tele single-coil pickup that plays with some of the hottest and snappiest tone the Custom Shop can offer. This Tele is fitted with the Custom Shop's '63 Tele wiring which sets the neck pickup position at a set bass frequency, reminiscent of Fender's earliest wiring designs. Matching the bright, bright shades of its Candy Tangerine finish, these electronics make for a Tele that truly cannot be ignored.

This '60 Telecaster Custom is backed up with a sturdy setup of hardware specs. At either end of the scale, this Fender Custom piece features a Tele '58-'63 bridge with three threaded saddles and a bone nut and Vintage-Style tuning machines. These hardware pieces altogether add up to a setup that keeps things steady and fluid no matter how you play. Across this limited edition Telecaster, you can find a Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition neck plate and headstock decal. This Fender Custom Shop Telecaster Custom travels with an included Strat/Tele Brown hardshell case.

Like so many other Custom Shop creations, this '60 Telecaster Custom is a true delicacy – usually reserved for weddings and holidays, but also served on similar special occasions.

'Monoprice' = Worst stereo banana plugs on T-H-E market.
Size: 5 Pack, Pattern Name: Banana Plugs
The absolute WORST in stereo banana plugs - HANDS DOWN. After installing stereos and components for over 30 years, I'd say I'm experienced. These banana plugs fail at EVERY part of the design. Allow me to explain... 1) Starting with the tips, they are loose off the bat and fit LOOSELY in either the stereo input studs or speaker input studs by their 'girth'. They do not firmly seat in any plug and for this setup, I'm using a nearly $2K setup all together. They 'rock' back and forth (when inserted) and thus create a non-permanent connection, again, seriously making these utter junk. I've seen some items you can get by with over the years, but these aren't even rock bottom. They are unusable! 2) Next, the banana plugs themselves comes as three pieces. No non loosening o-ring seal but a plastic colored want-to-be imitation for positive and negative notation. Why do these stupid things come in three pieces? - I simply can't tell you why. I do know they serve no specific piece to solving the puzzle of installation so why do they come in three pieces...? My speculation is they are cheap china knockoffs. 3) The 'way' in which you normally install the trimmed wiring internally with the 'two-piece' design permits you to firmly CRIMP and hold the unsheathed wiring; but these do not. The overlap/overlay of the exposed wiring can only be about 2/16's of an inch thus not much to create a proper connection with. This single fact eliminates these plugs as even worthwhile component add ons; period. If you can't achieve a good ground/wiring connection, these are a defeated purpose... 4) Because of the design of these, they have no room to crimp and screw on the cable so your forced to nearly break your fingers in an attempt to get the unsheathed wire to overlay the internal threading and twist them on with all your might. This in effect breaks nearly every wire thread internally and then they breaks off inside. Absolute garbage. These are total pieces of non-quality junk that did nothing but makes me waste 30 minutes on attempting to get them securely on and another 25 to locate my Amazon account, find this product in my order and ALARM anyone else from making the same mistake I made. Now, I find out I can't even get a return on these. Thanks Amazon. Thank you third party retailer. You just made me a very dissatisfied decade long customer.

OEM is always the answer
No reason not to go OEM for this! Came with every possible gasket and seal I could need. Specifically for my Alpha One Gen 1 it took maybe 25-30 min to completely install. While you’re there check the base plate for wear and the other surrounding items like your water tube. Rather keep the lower unit off for an extra day to get another part than a catastrophic failure.
