The Blodgett BCT-61/KPE is a double-stacked commercial combination oven configuration. It pairs two BCT-61E units (or 61G gas equivalents) to create a versatile, high-volume kitchen station. It features programmable Android-based touchscreens capable of holding 500 recipes, multiple cooking modes, and automatic cleaning systems.
