Crafted from 12oz Japanese denim, this strap offers a unique and refreshing alternative to our traditional leather range. 

After extensive prototyping, we’ve refined the construction process to ensure maximum durability and resistance to fraying — a common challenge when working with denim.

Unlike our standard leather straps, which feature cut and painted edges, denim requires a different approach. To prevent loose threads and enhance longevity, the edges of this strap are carefully rolled and folded — a highly demanding technique, especially with a material as thick and firm as denim.

As the denim is a woven fabric, we recommend pairing this strap with a deployant clasp to prolong the durability of the fabric at the holes.

At this stage, we cannot make the folded edge denim straps with curved ends. If you would like it to be made with curved ends, the strap can be made without folded edges.
