COVELLITE

Covellite, also known as Covellina, is a powerful stone of spiritual transformation, intuition, and higher awareness, guiding the soul through deep inner healing and expanded consciousness. Strongly connected to the Third Eye and Crown Chakras, it opens the gateway to higher realms, enhancing psychic abilities, spiritual insight, and communication with spirit guides. Covellite’s mesmerizing energy bridges the physical and spiritual worlds, helping one access past life wisdom, release old patterns, and align with divine truth and purpose.

Spiritual and Psychic Properties
Covellite heightens intuition and activates psychic gifts such as clairvoyance and spiritual insight. It strengthens the connection to spirit guides and higher dimensions, assisting in the understanding of messages received during meditation or dreams. This stone supports past life recall, offering wisdom from previous incarnations to guide present-day growth. It also enhances lucid dreaming and can help refine control over psychic or astral experiences, making it a valuable ally for those on the path of spiritual awakening.

Transformation and Emotional Healing
As a stone of transformation, Covellite assists in releasing emotional wounds, trauma, and self-limiting beliefs. It encourages acceptance of the shadow self, promoting self-awareness and wholeness through inner healing. Covellite brings clarity and emotional balance, helping to dissolve negativity and obsessive thoughts, replacing them with optimism, inner peace, and understanding. Its energy invites courage and surrender during times of profound change, guiding one through transformation with grace.

Meditation and Higher Consciousness
Covellite is highly attuned to meditative states, deepening the connection between the conscious mind and the higher self. It facilitates astral travel and exploration of the subtle realms, bridging the gap between Earth and Spirit. When used during meditation, Covellite can open the Third Eye and Crown Chakras, allowing access to divine knowledge, higher wisdom, and expanded states of awareness. Despite its ethereal connection, it maintains grounding energy—especially when paired with stones like hematite or smoky quartz—anchoring spiritual experiences into daily life.

Manifestation and Practical Use
Beyond its spiritual depth, Covellite is also a manifestation stone, aligning intentions with divine will and helping to attract prosperity and abundance. Its reflective energy supports aligning thoughts, emotions, and actions to create meaningful, soul-centered change in the physical world.

Format: Paperback
A quick but thoughtful read. This book is great to share with friends and an excellent conversation starter without being exactly political, in the negative sense of the word. Inspires constructive conversation regardless of your background.

It's How Wars End That Become Important Afterward
Format: Paperback
The twentiety century taught us a lot about wars and how they end. World War I showed us that making strong demands on the defeated (who didn't admit defeat to their own people) set the stage for the next big war. World War II was fought until the Unconditional Surrender of the Germans and Japanese. Something that thinkers still debate as having made them fight all that harder. VietNam was fought with no clear end in sight, and "another VietNam" entered our language. The first Gulf War was ended when Colin Powell and Bush II debated how to end the war. They stopped before they had to go in and see what the Sunni's, Shiite's and Kurds made of the power vacuum left by the removal of Saddam would have created. Bush II is learning about this now. This is the second revised edition of this book, originally published in 1971 and then updated in 1991 and now 2005 to reflect happenings in new wars. Still some of the old wars had interesting insights that I didn't know before, such as how Finland, originally on Germany's side against Russia, made a peace with Russia and kicked the Germans out before they became a Russian province. Great Book.

Complementary readings
Format: Paperback
There are already three good reviews so I will only suggest reading the following books instead of, or in addition to, this peculiar work: a) "War in human civilization" by Azar Gat; b) "War before Civilization. The Myth of the Peaceful Savage", by Lawrence Keeley; c) "How War Began" by Keith F. Otterbein; d) "War and Peace and War: The Rise and Fall of Empires" by Peter Turchin; and e) "War and the Law of Nations: A General History" by Stephen Neff.
