The new Pro version of the SpinLord Sternenfall is not a completely new rubber, but a slightly improved version of the popular SpinLord Sternenfall.

The old version of the Sternenfall will be phased out in the medium term, this version will then be the only version offered.

The studded heads are of course fluted as before. Likewise, the arrangement of the knobs (extremely far apart) is unchanged.

The rubber compound is basically the same as before, but it is designed to be a bit harder (so overall quite hard). In addition, the rubber floor is slightly thinner.

This results in a slightly higher disruptive effect overall with the same control and slightly higher speed. The Sternenfall Pro is also a bit less sensitive to incoming rotation.

The Starfall Pro has linear ball acceleration; so neither a "fluff effect" nor a strong attenuation in passive blows. Thus, the disturbing effect of this rubber is mainly caused by the bending of the knobs.

Players who have previously played Starfall will be able to play Starfall Pro without transitioning. This surface should also be easy for all other players to master.

With passive block balls, the thorny shine is of course still unmatched. Starfall Pro is controlled here, but not particularly dangerous. But in active aggressive disruptive strikes, the Starfall Pro is better (and also more dangerous) than the Thorn Shine and also better than almost all other long studs.

Precisely because of the high insensitivity to incoming rotation, almost all of the opponent's balls can be attacked effortlessly. In contrast to other rubbers, the starfall is already ideal for a more aggressive style of play in the ox version. The ball flight curve is flat and rather long with this surface.

The undercut defence is also flat and dangerous. In contrast to the old version, this one is even more effective in the Pro version.

The Sternenfalll Pro is the right choice for pimple players who are looking for a fairly fast, easy-to-play pimple with a hard ball kick for active disruptive play.

The penetrating power is significantly higher than with slower and softer long pimples (such as the Strahlkraft or the Dornenglanz III) and thus also the disturbing effect.

In the version with sponge, the sponge is now much slower than the sponge of the old version. Thus, in contrast to the ox version, the Pro version in 1.0 mm is slower than the old version in 1.0 mm! The slower sponge gives more control without reducing the interference effect

Overall, the Sternenfall Pro can offer a very attractive ratio of speed, control and disruptive effect. If passive block balls only play a subordinate role in your own playing system, this surface could be the right choice.

While the Sternenfall was mainly suitable for players from lower and middle divisions, the Starfall Pro can also be played effectively in higher leagues without losing its suitability for those switching from pimple-inside rubbers.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
