1980年代のSPHINXのイヤリング。片耳(左耳用)のみです。

もう片方のイヤリングは流通途中で損傷してしまっており、修理が難しい状態でした。片耳のみとはなりますが、ピース自体は美しいので、スペシャルプライスにてご紹介いたします。

ロープテクスチャーの石枠に、ルビーレッドとティールグリーンのカボションルーサイトがセットされて艶めき、花のような立体的なフォルムを形作っています。

ゴールド、レッド、グリーン、全ての色が互いの美しさを引き立て合うような素敵なカラーコンビネーションで、視線を惹きつけられます。

左耳のみに着けてアクセントにしても、お手持ちのピアスやイヤリングとのアシンメトリーなコーディネートを楽しんでいただくのも素敵です。

1948年にイギリスで創業したジュエリーカンパニー。まるで本物のジュエリーに見える、高品質で美しいデザインのコスチュームジュエリーを制作していました。自社製品の他にもKenneth Jay Lane、Nina Ricciなどのデザイナーや、ヨーロッパやアメリカの高級デパート向けにジュエリーデザインを手掛けていました。
刻印には"SPHINX"とシリアルナンバー、またはどちらか一方が刻まれましたが、需要を満たすために刻印をせず、急いで出荷していた時期も。会社は1990年代後半に閉業しました。
