The Comet BPX25 petrol-driven diaphragm pump unit delivers high-volume chemical flow with low pressure, ideal for SoftWash, agricultural spraying, and pest control. It’s powered by a Honda GX160 engine with oil alert and includes a Genius pressure regulator for precise output control.

This model delivers 28 litres per minute at 15 Bar, making it a great choice for applications needing broad chemical coverage without high pressure. Its dual diaphragm system ensures low-pulsation performance and improved service life with consistent daily use.

Built with NBR diaphragms and a polypropylene (PP) pump body, it offers strong resistance to corrosive chemicals. Features include a 25mm hose barb inlet, 10mm outlet, and 13mm bypass, allowing easy integration into mobile tanks or trailer rigs.

Note: Machines are supplied in their original packaging and without engine oil. The travel bung will be Fitted in the High Pressure Pump. Please refer to the Quick Start Guide in the PDF Download Section for further details.

Pattern and roughness appropriate but still need to test
I haven't had a flat tire yet, so I also haven't had occasion to test these but they seem like great value for an extremely low price (especially versus a new tire.) I have handled them to try and gauge how quickly they'd smooth a hole, and they're rough / sharp and aggressive enough that I expect them to work quickly and well on not only tires, but on a variety of other materials. This pattern in particular should allow material to be shed and then passed backward pretty easily without clogging things up or slowing them down. If you've bothered to buy a patch kit for your tires, you really ought to have one of these around.
