Designed first an foremost to be comfortable, a contoured alder body meets a sleek, satin roasted maple modern "C" shaped neck topped with 22 medium jumbo frets and black dot inlay markers. Rolled fingerboard edges ensures maximum comfort while fretting everything from leads to power chords.
Under the pickguard lies the start of the show - Custom Shop Fat '50s single-coil Strat pickups in the bridge, middle, and neck positions. A standard Stratocaster control set offers a master volume, 2 tone controls, and a 5-way pickup selector switch. A 2-point synchronized tremolo bridge with bent steel saddles offer expressive control over vibrato, while Fender ClassicGear tuners and synthetic bone nut help with tuning stability.
Finished in Olympic White gloss polyesters, this Player II Startocaster is truly a unique Fender Special Run instrument.
