A redesigned miniature "clicker" lever controls a roller cam assembly, giving riders the ability to manipulate lever position while riding. EMRA products never disappoint. I hardly leave reviews but this company makes the best resource materials out there. They have managed to distill down to the most important info needed to diagnose treat , and work up most diseases that present to the ED. I also have their quick pocket reference and I love those too. Only thing I would change is make the writing a but bigger. As one gets older it's hard to see
