The new trimVac FLUSH is made for those oversized workpieces—slab doors, thick countertops, or anything with a tall overhang that wouldn’t fit before. It mounts directly to the Trim Router Base 1000 Pro and gives you the same awesome dust collection, just with way more clearance.

We added built-in thumbscrews (no tools needed), improved visibility around the bit, and printed it in ultra-tough ABS-Glass Fiber because we like gear that lasts.

Works with:
  • Festool D27 hose
  • Cen-Tec Quick Click (94181, 94192, 94126, 94203)
  • Rockler FlexiPort (1" ID / 1.5" OD)
  • ❌ Not compatible with standard shop vac hoses

Both hose ports are sized to fit the Festool D27 hose, Cen-Tec Quick Click Hose (94181, 94192, 94126, 94203), and Rockler hoses with the FlexiPort end with 1" ID and 1.5" OD. Does NOT fit typical shop vac hoses.

Available in three colors

These metal mesh trays come in three colors – black, silver and white. While most mesh organizers are black, it’s nice that two other colors are available that might fit better into your décor. There are no interior dividers, which I find to be not very useful anyway. These do not stack, so the clearance is only limited to the height of any shelf above the tray. The trays are as described in the ad. The trays come with 12 self-adhesive foot pads that are round about 5/8” in diameter and about 2mm thick. These will prevent the trays from scratching whatever they are set upon. The trays will prevent loose objects from falling from your desk or shelf.
