ALVA STUDIOSの太陽モチーフイヤリング。

マットなゴールドトーンメタルの太陽に、独特の表情をたたえた顔が描かれています。仏のようでもあり仮面のようでもある、ミステリアスな顔に心惹かれるお品。

立体的かつ精巧に作られた顔は横顔も美しく、つい眺めてしまいます。

永く愛用していただける、しっかりとしたお作りです。経年に伴いメタルに黒ずみやくすみがございますが、ヴィンテージならではの風合いとしてお楽しみいただける範囲かと思います。


【ALVA STUDIOS(アルヴァ・スタジオズ)とは】
1948年～90年代まで存在した、NY設立のコスチュームジュエリーカンパニー。
世界中の様々な美術館に保管されている、古代のジュエリーや彫刻のレプリカジュエリーを制作していました。
古代インドやマヤ文明の品を複製したものも多く、遺跡からの出土品のようなその風変りで独特の佇まいには、惹かれるものがあります。
