Bordeaux Red Metal Complex Wood Dye Powder - 1oz, 28gTo dissolve in water we recommend using hot, but not boiling, water. Always start by putting the water into a suitable glass, plastic (HDPE) or ceramic container, and then gradually add the powder. To dissolve in alcohol we recommend our Shellac & Aniline Thinners, which are a Synthetic Methanol

Alternatively Methanol (wood alcohol) or denatured alcohol can be used, but these are not as effective. Always start by putting the solvent into a suitable glass, plastic (HDPE) or ceramic container, and then gradually add the powder. Stir the solution while adding, and then stir occasionally over the course of 30-60 minutes to ensure all powder is dissolved. If dissolved in alcohol the dye can be added to our nitrocellulose lacquer to tint it. If doing this, strain the solution before adding to ensure no undissolved lumps enter into the lacquer and your spray equipment. Using a 75:25 mixture of Shellac & Aniline Thinners and Acetone can help to dissolve the solution in to nitrocellulose lacquer. The mixed stain can be applied to wood with a sponge, cloth or brush. These 14g (1/2oz) packets will create: 1 litre of normal strength stain 2 litres of wash coat 1/2 litre of concentrated stainShipping Notes

OMGOSH! I love this purse! It is exactly what I've been searching for. I don't normally carry a purse. Wearing jeans or pants most of the time, I use my pockets: phone, flat wallet, lipstick, keys, and I'm ready to go. Occasionally, however, I wear an outfit where the phone is too bulky, like in a dress pocket, or there are no pockets at all. Not sure how I came to own such clothing, but be that as it may, I've been looking for a purse that would be simple, functional, and cute. I don't like large purses and phone size purses are just too small that even my few items overstuff them. Then I end up clipping the keys on the side which is not very sophisticated looking (more hobo than boho) So the search has been ongoing, until my package arrived today! Yay!
This little Iswee purse is PERFECT! It has a clean design with just a few simple elements that give it that polished look. I got the small (6" high & 9" wide) in brown leather. The color is that warm, orangy-brown that I love. The leather is soft but sturdy not supple like a slouch bag but not stiff like a clutch. It is fully lined with interior and exterior, zippered and slide-in pockets. The hardware is a gunmetal color and heavy, seemingly of good quality. The over the shoulder strap can be adjusted with the buckle from 40" to 47" (length includes hardware) and is of a stiffer, belt like leather.
(It even smells like leather)
I may just order another in a fun color. It's worth every penny.

Small but holds alot

Love this bag! Dis a bit of research as I wanted a zipped bag, with outside pockets for my phone and not those inner pockets for holding credit cards. This is perfect for me. Very nicely put together and is a perfect color of brown. I will be using this alot.

Can’t Open Zipper All the Way!!

There is a bizarre piece of metal attached to zipper that prevents the bag from opening all the way. I bought one of these purses last year and it did NOT have this, so the bag opened completely. However, the leather is showing wear so I decided to buy another one, this time in dark brown. When it came, I noticed that the silky satin lining had been replaced by cheap, rough, dull material. I guess that’s okay, even though they raised the price $10. The zipper thing though, no way. I need my purse to be able to open all the way. I sent it back, to be replaced with the exact same item. Just got it today and it still has that metal piece on the zipper!! What the hell?! I included a pic of my old purse showing it zipped all the way open, and the new purse with the zipper stopped about 1.5 inches from the end. I truly don’t understand, but it’s going back again.
