Unlike some fiber powders that can be gritty or hard to mix, the capsule form is super convenient—you just take them with a full glass of water, and there’s no taste or texture to deal with.

This is magic on earth.

These pills are actual magic. It’s not a placebo. I genuinely feel so much more calm and relaxed when I take one of these. It takes about 30 minutes to kick in, and I immediately feel my anxiety ease away. I usually take them on a stressful day or when I feel uneasy.
