Squeeze the silicone grips on the sides of the sucker and place the sucker over the nipple. Once the sucker is in position, release the silicone grips to create suction to hold the sucker in place. To swap out the silicone attachments, firmly grasp the attachment and pull while wiggling it back and forth. Attachment will pop out and the new attachment can be pressed into place.
