Designed with a massive core, CFD-optimized cast end tanks, and high-flow pipes, this intercooler offers gains of 12 hp and 11.8 lb-ft torque.----The front mounting location of this kit places the intercooler in the lower bumper grille for maximum airflow through the core, making this system ideal for high-performance builds. In dyno testing, our intercooler was able to bring outlet temperatures to within 10-degrees of ambient air temp, ensuring safe power run after run, even on the stock tune. CFD-optimized end tanks, ID-matched pipes, and a high-flow, 4 inch-thick core result in a 1.5 PSI pressure drop, so less of the boost your turbo makes is wasted. Glad I Gave It a Try

I wasn't sure if this Metamucil fiber supplement would make much of a difference, but after taking it consistently, I'm really glad I decided to try it. The results weren't instant, but over time I noticed that I felt lighter, cleaner, and just generally better overall. The sugar-free formula is a nice bonus, and it's easy to make part of a daily routine. I've found that consistency is key, and once I started taking it regularly, I could definitely tell a difference. If you're on the fence about trying a fiber supplement, this one has worked very well for me. It's a simple addition to my day that has had a noticeable positive impact. I'll definitely keep using it.

It really does help 'keep you regular' & the name brand dissolves easier than the generic W@lm@rt brand. It doesn't MAKE you 'go', it just gives your gut a little something to work with, so to speak. Maybe TMI, but you also go alot cleaner, if you catch my drift. That's a nice bonus. ;0)

Great to curb food cravings

Saw this on a YouTube video for reducing appetite/curbing snack cravings and wow! I’m on day 2 and this will always be in my pantry. After 30 min of drinking this I feel sooo full. No appetite for 4 hours like I ate a huge meal. The flavor is also good. No cramps or gas and the fiber content isn’t crazy so I haven’t experienced any negative side effects either. If you’re trying to lose weight this may help. Haven’t thought about snacking all day. Give it a try
