Starting off with a polycarbonate alloy shell, the Formula CP Speeder is tough, really tough with the material boasting superior penetration resistance blocking objects from piercing the shell when you slam.
It features a multi-layered and adaptive impact system that utilises cutting edge technologies focusing on protecting against everything from skull fractures to concussions.
With RHEON enhanced Impact Energy Cells acting as the first line of defense, their innovative viscoelastic construction helping to enhance energy dissipation on impact through strategically placed energy cells in the helmet's interior. Fly also paired their patented Conehead EPS technology with expanded volume EPS foam in six highly critical zones, specifically designed to respond accordingly to both low and high speed impacts.
In addition to all of that the Conehead EPS design renders a softer and lighter EPS which increases the comfort of the helmet by cutting the overall weight.
For additional comfort it features a custom moulded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard, anti-microbial quick-release comfort liner and cheek pads and Fly's TFV (True Functional Ventilation) system that uses intake and exhaust vents with EPS foam vent channels to get fresh air in and get hot air back out.
