The sixth annual Australian Gin Advent Calendar is here! This calendar takes drinkers on another adventure through the local gin scene, with over two dozen gins inside waiting to be discovered.

Whack open a new slot every day to reveal a total of 25 Australian gins, produced by distilleries in every state of Australia. This year there are quite a few smaller distilleries being featured along with a few new releases. The team at White Possum have chosen a balanced range of classic dry, navy strength, barrel aged and exotic flavoured gins to showcase the full gamut of gin styles available. 

The calendar also comes with access to their online tasting notes. Jump on the website using the code provided to reveal interesting facts about each featured distillery and gin you're about to taste.

The cover art has been designed by Melbourne based digital artist Josh Dykgraaf who's been illustrating since 2012. The 'Tjirilya' artwork was made entirely from images of regrowth shot in the aftermath of the 2020 East Gippsland bush fires, mostly nearby Omeo.

I like it, but it says it’s real, and I believe them, but it feels like it is faux. I’ve owned a fake one before and it feels similar. Please know I am not saying it is not real. It is soft and pretty, but I’m not sure that Barbie pink is my best choice lol. Usually I would pair it with a mid century modern bedspread that is chenille, with a little pink so it works well but not too matchy matchy. I purchased a pair of these a week apart, because the price seemed too good to be true. Instead, they have exceeded my expectations. Yes, it takes a small amount of effort to adjust them when you first get into the car, but I don't even think about it any more. As far as the quality, there is no shedding, no smell, and no discoloration. We have put over 4,000 miles on the car since I put these in, and I have no complaints to register.
