Each diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. Precision cover stampings provide rigidity and consistency for reliable clutch engagement.

Paired with the Xtreme pressure plate is ACT's 6-pad rigid race disc, crafted with high-quality ceramic friction materials. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability, ensuring trouble-free service even under rigorous driving conditions. The lightweight, rigid design allows for quicker shifts, although engagement may be harsher. This combination is recommended for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat.
